This policy explains what information Calm Corner LLC collects when you shop at calmcorner.store or write to us, why we need it, and who it is shared with.
Who is responsible for your information
Calm Corner LLC, trading as Calm Corner at calmcorner.store, operated from Pakistan. For anything to do with your information, write to support@calmcorner.store.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and the details of what you ordered.
When you contact us — by email or through the form on our contact page — we collect your name, your email address and the message you send us.
We do not collect or store your card details ourselves. Payment is taken by our payment providers — credit card, debit card and PayPal — and your card information goes to them, not to us. These providers are set up under Calm Corner LLC and handle the payment securely on their own systems.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, to keep you updated about it, to answer your questions, and to deal with returns or damaged items under our refund and return policy.
Who we share it with
Because we work on a dropshipping model, your name, delivery address and phone number are shared with the supplier who packs your order and the courier who delivers it. They receive only what is needed to get the parcel to you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not involved in fulfilling your order or answering your message.
How long we keep it
We keep order and enquiry records for as long as we need them to handle your order, your return window and our own accounting. When they are no longer needed, they are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@calmcorner.store and we will reply within 24 hours wherever possible.
Please note that we may need to keep certain order records even after a deletion request, where they are required for accounting or for a return that is still open.
Children
Our store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age at which they can shop online without a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle your information changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
