When your order should arrive.
Calm Corner ships to customers in the UAE. Orders are packed and dispatched by our supplier partners, and here is the timing you can realistically expect.
Delivery time
Around 80% of our orders are delivered within 2 to 3 days. Some orders take longer — please allow up to 7 to 8 days before treating an order as late.
How your order is shipped
We work on a dropshipping model, so your parcel is packed and shipped by the supplier partner who holds the stock, and delivered to you by their courier.
Your address
Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. A wrong or incomplete address is the most common reason a parcel is delayed or returned.
If your order is late
If 8 days have passed and your order has not arrived, email support@calmcorner.store with your order details and we will chase it for you.
If your order arrives damaged
Damaged items are covered by our refund and return policy: contact us within 14 days, with your unboxing video or photographs as proof.
